I had a warrant years ago for a FTA driving w/out DLs&had to appear in court b/c I went to jail.I couldn’t make the court date to discuss why I couldn’t pay my fine.I moved&paid Ga $230 for a Conditional Release to get my DLs back .Is there a warrant active on me???
Best way to approach this is to call the court in the county where your case (the one you never paid) happened. Just ask the clerks there if there is a warrant for you. Not sure about the conditional release and so on. That sounds like something specific to GA. If there IS a warrant, I kinda doubt it will be served out of state (it ain’t murder). IMHO it would be quite odd for their to be a warrant for your arrest for simply not paying. Not showing up is one thing but not paying is another.
