I got my license suspended because my boyfriend took my car without asking. The car didn’t have any insurance so they suspended MY license! They (Butte County) said he has to write a letter saying he took it without telling me so I can (maybe?) bet my license back and not have to pay the $400. He is on probation too so I want to know what will happen to him and me.

If you too are sill together you probably don’t want him to admit to a crime. And you don’t need him to testify anyway. Just set case for trial and tell the judge you didn’t give him permission.
