My friend has an issue that has to be taken are of b4 her out date which is tomorrow ..she has to pay bond forfeiture b4 her court date we need help paying that b4 tomorrow nobody is able to assist me whom I paid to I have the money …iam stressing.
Not sure what you mean about paying the bond forfeiture. The bond forfeiture doesn’t become a done deal for a long time after the date on which the bonded person doesn’t show for court. Can you add some info? FYI: It often is possible to have the forfeiture set aside (at least in NC where I practice) but I’d need to know more about it.
