midnight ,clear weather , lite traffic ,no one near me speeding 80 in a 60 , any advice ? thank you

80/60 doesn’t sound too terribly bad.
In many states the DA will gladly reduce to a speed or other offense that won’t affect your insurance.
I practice law in NC so, unless it’s here in NC, I won’t be of much help.
