I got my second ticket this year doing 61 in a 40 but the cop didn’t use a radar gun and he didn’t even sign his name on the ticket. I KNOW I wasn’t speeding this time and how could he give me a ticket without proof? What about him not signing the ticket right?
What state do you maintain a license? In AZ or another state? Also, did the officer pull you over and give you this ticket, or did you receive this ticket in the mail? If you received it in the mail, it is a different situation. From your comments, it seems like he gave it to you at the time, but if not, it is a different situation.
If you have an AZ license and have already done traffic school on the last one, you can fight it in court. Depending on the court, you can potentially resolve it without points. It is best to use an attorney.

If you are not eligible for driving school there is really nothing to lose if you contest the ticket other than your time. If the officer used the PACE method, that can be shown to be very inaccurate. Also, if the officer did not sign the ticket, the court may not know who to notify if you request a hearing. If the officer is not served a subpoena, you may show up to the hearing and he/she may not be present. If this happens, your case will be dismissed.
