I was trying to sell some extra tickets I had bout for my family. There was about ten I had because we were having a family reunion but alot of them didnt showup. Anyway I was selling them and a guy told me he’d buy all of them and made me a price that I thought was really good. I gave them to him and he gave me cash and the next thing the cops are all over me. I honestly wasn’t trying to make money really but he gave me a good price and so I figured “why not”. I have not idea what I need to do. Do I need a alwyer?
In Illinois you can sell tickets outside of a ballpark for the exact amount of the face value but not anything above or below. And private places like cellular Field on the southside of Chicago where the White Sox play you will be arrested for trespassing if you try to sell tickets there.
