As I’m fond of saying, we really need to know were this happened as the rules are different across all states. In NC, where I practice law, you would be looking at license revocation if you’re found guilty of speeding that high. Insurance will go way up too. As for dealing with it, usually cases like this are dealt with by negotiating a deal with the DA in court on your court date. But in order to know what you need to negotiate, you gotta know what you have to stay away from (I mean what you DON’T want). Can you say where this happened?
