State: New York County: Suffolk
Cop pulled me over for driving in a center turning lane to go around a truck going about 15-20Mph, and for apparently going 50 in a 30 although i at one point saw my speedometer and it said 40. Do I need an attorney? It was in my mothers car and I just dropped her off at the hospital, do I have any grounds for doing it as an emergency?
