I lost my license (was suspended/revoked) for failure to appear in a case some time back. What can I do to get my license back?
Without knowing where this happened and what the underlying offense is, I can only give the most general info. Gotta start by dealing with the old case(s). When they’re all done, then usually you can get your license back. However, if you have to plead to something, like DUI or driving with a revoked license, or any other offense that revokes you as punishment, then you will not get your license back until that period of suspension is over. Like I say, need more info.
