I entered a left turn only lane attempting to turn left but at the last moment decided to turn right back to 3rd avenue because I needed to make the next left. Then I was instructed to pull over and was served. (Ticket might have errors) not sure. Can I just pay this? I really don’tneed my insurance getting jscked up….
This is either a 2 or 3 point ticket. If you plead guilty you get these points on your license record. If you plead not guilty you get a hearing! The problem is that the hearing officer is a DMV employee, not a real judge.

You can also plead guilty and pay it. Insurance companies generally will only raise rates for excessive speeds, DWI-related offenses, and repeated mobile phone tickets. You may also have your premiums raised if your license is ever suspended/revoked as a persistent violator.
