i live in an apartment complex at a busy intersection in Greensboro, and now and then I get in what COULD be accidents since people don’t use their turn signals – luckily I’m a defensive driver. Not that I’m gonna call the cops on someone, but sometimes I wonder if not signaling is against the law here. I’ve tried googling it but I can’t find a solid answer. I’m wondering specifically about when you’re stopped at an intersection.

One other corollary to when a driver might be stopped if not cited for failure to give a signal, late at night or on a holiday evening when officers are looking for reasons to stop a driver they suspect is driving impaired.
