I got pulled in Pennsylvania for no reason. My license had been expired for less than a year and I tried to explain that it was an emergency, but he wouldn’t listen. Is there a way to get those fines reduced? Could I get the whole thing dismisses? Thanks.

There is generally always something to be done at the hearing to reduce fines/costs. Getting the entire case dismissed is also an option but far less likely. Without knowing the subsection he cited you with, I can’t really advise as to best options, etc.
