Earlier this year i got pulled over for supposedly drunk driving (was never convicted) – I did have a blood sample taken becase the officer was really convinced i had been drinking more heavily than i was, i only blew a .09. haven’t heard back from the courts or whoever about that test so i figured i wasn’t guilty of anything. But i JUST got a notice in the mail from the dmv that my license will be suspended. how is this possible?? and what should I do to keep my license. i really need it for going to work, can anybody advise please. thanks
