was coming home from a friends house a couple dyas ago and yes i was drinking a litle bit. I am 19 years old and usually very responsibile. it was really stupid and i regret it
i got pulled over and officer told me to blow in the breathalyzer and i thought i had right not to do that bc of the first ammendment. so anyway officer told me to get a ride home and THEN told me i would lose licenes for a whole year becaus I said no! I really didn’t know so what kind of help should i get thanks
