I’m a long haul trucker and was passing by Boise two weeks ago when I got pulled. Cop said I made an erratic lane change and that I was speeding 90 in a 65. I know I wasn’t going that fast because my rig is governed at 75. I also have a GPS tracker that sends info back to be monitored and if they see me driving too fast I get a screen message. I asked to see cops radar and he said he “paced me”. I have no idea how that can be accurate. I can’t have this on my record and don’t want to go to court.
I do not believe you will be able to keep this ticket off your record without going to court. Your best option is to present in Court the evidence you described in your question. Though defeating tickets based on the testimony of law enforcement can be difficult.
