Feeling pretty stupid right now- was issued a DUI charge the other night coming home from a housewarming party. had BAC of about .10. I know about the 10-year limitations deal on priors with this sorta thing, and it has been EXACTLY 9 years and 8 months since I got my only other DUI conviction in college.. does anyone think I could have charges treated the same way once i go to court? or will they probably not budge. really hoping to get lowest possible charges since I think it’s pretty obvious i’ve been trying my best to stay clean.
