I was driving in Arizona on Sossoman road, I was pulled over by a motorcycle cop who said he used laser on me and clocked me at 50 mph in a 35, I accepted the ticket as I wasn’t gonna argue with the officer. the ticket although says “approximately 50” under the speed. it is cited as 28-701A which is the reasonable and prudent law, and under those conditions it seems as if i could have the case dismissed? as for one what could approximately 50 mean and for 2 i don’t think it wasn’t reasonable and prudent any advice?
Hi Connor,
Good Question. So first since it’s civil if you have a non commercial driver’s license you can:
Option 1: Attend Traffic School – Once a year you can attend school online for a fee in order to dismiss 1 moving violation. You take the class and ticket is dismissed.
Option 2: Pay the ticket: This is a 3 point violation and would likely raise your insurance rates.
Option 3: Fight it. Here’s where we come in for a flat fee of $625 we can fight the ticket for you and most of the time we can appear on your behalf so you don’t have to. We use our best efforts but cannot guarantee a dismissal.
Let us know if we can help
All the Best!
