I got a 75 in a 35 but I was charged with reckless driving to endanger. I am 18 and this is my first offense. Can I get a PFG? Or even get it reduced so I don’t lose my license?
I doubt seriously that any judge would PJC it with a speed that high. You can TRY by bringing to court a completion letter from an online driving school (do the 8 hr one) and maybe a letter saying that you did some community service at some non profit. (I say one hour for each MPH over the limit.) I still have my doubts but that’s the best possible way to approach it. FYI: The C&R will hit your insurance but you will not see any revocation (you say you have a clean record).
