On a one way street a bus was turning right into a bus depot in the center of the block, I downshifted and turned into the lane the bus was previously in. My exhaust is loud and the cop assumed I was going faster than I was.

Need more information. what type of speed timing device was being used?—look at the front bottom half of the citation. also, few people are pulled over at 10 over—was this a voluntary reduction in speed on the side of the road?
